Carrot Salad

Healthier and delicious way to eat the carrots.

Serves : 3-4

Ingredients:
  • Carrot - 2 medium
  • Onion finely cut - 1 tblsp (optional)
  • Green chilli -1
  • Lemon juice - 15ml
  • Coriander leaves - few springs
  • Salt - to taste

Method:
  1. Shred the carrots coarsely.
  2. Cut the onion, coriander leaves and chilli finely.
  3. Add the shredded carrots, onion, chilli and coriander leaves to a salad bowl.
  4. Add the salt and lemon juice.
  5. Stir it and serve.

Notes:
Goes well with rice and <a href="/recipes/Mung-Dhal-curry">Mung Dhal curry</a>.
