Delicious & Healthy sweet dish

Ingredients:
  • 4 Tbsp semolina/rava/sooji
  • 2 Bowl milk
  • 4 Tsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp ghee
  • 1 Tsp elaichi powder(cardamom)
  • Dryfruits
Method:
  1. Add 1 Tsp ghee in kadai.
  2. Roast rava/sooji well until it gets light brown.
  3. Pour milk in it.
  4. Now add sugar.
  5. Let it boil for 5 mins.
  6. Add elaichi powder & mix well.
  7. Decorate kheer with dryfruits.
Now, Serve this healthy sweet dish rava/sooji kheer.
