Sweet Potato Toast with Almond Butter, Chia & Banana

Ingredients:

    1 slice of sweet potato
    2 tsp. almond butter
    1/2 tsp. chia seeds
    1/2 banana

Method:
  1. Put the sweet potato in the toaster (or under the grill) until it has cooked through.
  2. Spread with the almond butter, then chop the banana and add to the top and sprinkle with the chia seeds to serve.
