Chilli Chutney taste good for Idlis/Dosas.

Ingredients :

 

  • Tomato - 1 large
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Dried red chillies - 8-10
  • Garlic - 6-7 cloves
  • Black mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 3-4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tblsp


Method :
  1. Chop tomatoes and onion.
  2. Peel the Garlic.
  3. Grind onion, tomato, chilli and garlic into a smooth texture low-medium power.
  4. Heat a pan and add oil.
  5. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it temper.
  6. Add the ground paste and salt.
  7. Boil it for about 4-5 minutes.
  8. Serve it for Idlis/Dosas.
