Main Ingredient : Beans/Pulses
Recipe Type : Dinner Lunch

Ingredients :

 

  • Toor dal - 60g or 4 tblsp
  • Channa dal - 60g or 4 tblsp
  • Urid dal - 30g or 2 tblsp
  • Coriander seeds - 60g or 4 tblsp
  • Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Dried red chillies - 5
  • Cumin (jeera) seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder - 2 pinch
  • Rice - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 1½ tsp


Method :
  1. Heat a pan and add oil.
  2. Roast all the ingredients and grind them into a fine Sambar powder.
