    Cooking ingredients

    1/4 kg of fresh beef

    1500 ml thick coconut milk
    500 ml broth (beef stew)
    5 cloves Shallots
    4 cloves Garlic
    1 vertebra Ginger
    1 vertebra Galangal (Crush)
    1 tsp coriander
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp Seasonings
    1/2 tsp pepper powder
    3 leaves Greetings
    6 kaffir lime leaves
    2 pieces lemongrass (Crush)
    Supplementary material:
    250 gr Potatoes
    3 batangseledri (finely chopped)
    2 lembardaun onion (finely chopped)
    Fried onions
    Soy sauce
    fresh tomatoes

    5 red chilly pepper
    3 red red chilly
    1/2 sdt vinegar
    taste of boiled water

Method :
